We Produce Thousands and thousands of meters of tiles per week.
Our stringent quality control means that not all of these pass as perfect.
Those that do not are either rejected for cosmetic or mechanical reasons.
Cosmetic rejects may happen because they do not fulfil the specification on colour laid down by the customer but which could mean
that they are fine for another.
Mechanical seconds may have size, thickness or breakage problems. In such case we either sell as is to companys making reclaimed stones,
or very often we cut down to remove original issues. this results in a perfect tile albeit in an unusual size and an unusual price.
Lastly there are plain old mess ups - production overruns, duplications and of course uncollected cargo - all of this takes up our most valuable
commodity - space and often has to be sold at a knock down price.
These items are posted all of the time and continuity or size of price cannot be assured.
