Summary

1) Orders must be placed in writing and will be confirmed within seven days.

2) Should we find that we are unable to meet your requested date we will offer to cancel your order. If you choose the alternative date thereafter no cancellation is possible.

3) We cannot be held responsible for changes design after placing of the order.

4) Any price generated from our internet site is for guidance only it is an estimate and not a quotation. Binding quotations can be given on request and on receipt of drawings , the software is not able to establish geography or length of time required.

5) Our stone is supplied on a supply only basis we do not offer any fixing service.

6) Any complaints as to general condition of the materials must be made within 7 days of receipt.

7) Limestone like all natural materials is subject to variation in colour and shade.

8) Janotas & Simões Lda limit the liabilities of any job to the value of that job and will not be responsible for any consequential costs arising from whatever cause.

9) All delivery dates are estimated dates only, if within 2 weeks of the expected shipping dates it becomes clear these dates are not feasible we retain the right to give notice to the client of that change. All dates given are departure dates and not arrival dates at the customers place of business.

10) All prices are based on the Euro, invoices can be raised in local currency but are subject to fluctuation relating to the rate of the Euro on that day.

11) All price assume payment by letter of credit unless agreed otherwise.
