Our Credit Policy

For certain countries our bankers insist on letters of credit or prepayment only.

First time customers will be required to pay by letters of credit or prepayment only until such time as our bank allows us to enter into credit terms.

We can offer credit terms ( subject to status) on orders provided that the invoice is above €3000-00 in value or equivalent and that the annual turnover is greater than €5000-00 per quarter.

Our customers credit limits are set for us by our bankers and are thus outside of our control.
Credit accounts take approximately 21 days to be set up by our bank if you wish to apply please down load the form here and forward to our office at Estrada de Cortegaça, Lote 158, Fação, Pero Pinheiro 2715-020 Portugal.

We require a copy of your local sales tax registration (VAT/IVA) certificate for EU customers. EU Customers are required to return to us a reciept of delivery so as to avoid the neccesity to claim back the VAT/IVA this is most easily done by signing and dating the copy of the Bill of Lading.
